Super Mountain Market

Temporarily closed – back in summer 2025!

Welcome to the team!

Veronika Ganz, known as Vroni, has been complementing our super team since June and will gradually take over the management of Super Mountain Market and other projects. But that is absolutely no reason for Angelo and me to step back. Of course, we will still be there for you!

The 8th Super Mountain Market in 2024 was located
@Via Brattas 2 opposite of the Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz

With a certain naivety the idea of Super Mountain Market St. Moritz was born in 2020. Despite the initial appearance of impossibility, Angelo’s and my shared optimism, enjoyment of change, and pursuit of “beauty” brought it to life within just two months. With the help of many friends and doers from our circle and our collective superpower - creativity - we developed a project that has driven us for many years, providing us with daily optimism and joy in designing. Over the years, the Super Mountain Market has become a space where Angelo and I can shape a world entirely to our liking. Our idea is to bring together friends and acquaintances from our network with their inspiring products, objects and art in one place. We want to offer them a platform in St. Moritz to present themselves. In our concept space, things come to life because we know the faces and the stories behind them.

Building a platform for these makers in the Engadine and bringing something new to St. Moritz is what continues to drive us. In the now 8th edition of the Super Mountain Market it will continue to be about exactly that.

The 2024 Makers:

For this summer, we have further developed products and ideas with longstanding partners and were able to form new exciting partnerships:

  • The Milan based gallery was founded in 2021 and works with a range of artists based in Italy and abroad, with an experimental program focusing solely on artists of the latest generation.

ArtNoble Gallery is pleased to present ‘History only tastes bitter to those who expected it to be sugar coated’, a project that brings together works by Giulia Mangoni and Luca Staccioli.

Exhibitions runs from July 13th to August 3rd at Super Mountain Market

  • ESPELMA is a lifestyle brand founded by sisters - Claudia and Clara - from Barcelona, Spain. They are passionate about craftsmanship, design and long-lasting luxury. ESPELMA candles are meant to be everlasting decorative objects, as is the packaging they are presented in.

Each candle is handmade in Murano (Italy) by skilled artisans who make each piece uniquely by hand.

  • Sarah Illenberger captures the poetry of everyday life in her objects and installations, blending art and design with her distinctive multidisciplinary approach. Central to her practice is the manipulation of commonplace objects, playing with their materiality and established meanings. Her aim is to surprise and reshape our perceptions, encouraging us to discover the often-overlooked details and symbolism imbued within objects.

Based in Berlin, Sarah Illenberger’s work encompasses sculpture, installations, and photography. She also teaches, hosts workshops, and collaborates with The New York Times, Hermès, Schaubüne, and Mykita, among others.

  • Founded by Johanna v. Wichelhaus in 2021, MOONARIJ's artisanal pieces are produced in small batches in Berlin and Dresden, a region in Germany rich in glass blowing tradition. Using only natural materials, MOONARIJ creates sophisticated, sustainable collectibles that exude an upbeat, understated elegance.

  • In golf, less is more. At least that‘s the belief of the founders of Golfyr, a startup from St. Gallen that is revolutionizing the sport of golf with a carbon golf set featuring only seven clubs. With the vision of ‚Rethink Golf,‘ Golfyr reanalyzed the game from the ground up. Carbon was the only material considered for implementing the clubs, which made the reduction from 14 to 7 golf clubs possible.

  • Angelo De Luca is Co-Founder of Super Mountain Market and a Swiss based jewellery designer, born in Italy in 1990.

Since when he was a child he was attracted by the lights, the colours of the gemstones and the sparkle of the jewels. Curious in his nature, he lived in many cities like Paris, Copenhagen, Athens, Dubai, Rome and Mumbai, where he had the opportunity to discover the culture and the tradition of jewellery world.

"I express my emotion trough the jewels, there is always a hidden secret in every of my piece, for an intimate connection. I like beautiful gemstones where this doesn't mean only quality, but empathy. A Ruby communicated with me when we connect with each other, and in my career I learned that it is the jewels that choose the person". ADL

ArtNoble Gallery is pleased to present “History only tastes bitter to those who expected it to be sugar coated”, a project that brings together works by Giulia Mangoni and Luca Staccioli. At first glance, one immediately notices the strong connection that both artists have with the natural world: each in their own way absorbs and transforms the landscape, which vibrates before the viewer’s eye, welcoming them into a world with almost magical connotations.

Together with the bright colours and the playful, carnivalesque aspect of the works, Luca Staccioli and Giulia Mangoni, however, allow profound questions about contemporaneity to emerge from their works.

Exhibitions runs from July 13th to August 3rd 2024 daily from 10:00 - 19:00 at Super Mountain Market (Via Brattas 2 in St. Moritz)
